Let harmonies guide you through your feelings, encouraging a profound connection between heart and healing.  In our Word Release activity, it's time to confront the negative labels and hurtful words that have been directed at you. With safe, washable ink, you'll write these words on your body, a powerful act of vulnerability and release, culminating in a collective washing away—a symbolic and literal cleansing of past wounds.
